Reconstructive facial plastic surgery and cleft lip and palate surgery
Our mission is to provide a sustained cleft lip and palate surgery and reconstructive facial plastic surgery. Since the founding of the hospital (Prof. G. Lemperle, MD, PhD) and establishment of the program for Cleft and Facial Recosntructive Surgery in 1998 (Prof. em. H.-D. Pape, MD, DMD, PhD, first hospital director) we performed more than 1500 cleft surgeries. The program is funded entirely by donations. For more information please visit www.skm-hospital.de.
